A new joint project with China Social Entrepreneur Foundation

China Social Entrepreneur Foundation (CSEF, www.youcheng.org) and the CHLR have reached an agreement for a joint research project. The CSFE is working on connecting the classroom of a top mid-school in China (the affiliated mid-school of Renmin Univ) to schools in remote and poor rural areas in China and to establish a double-teaching system. The CHLR will work with their system to conduct a scientific evaluation on the effect of such a new educational mechanism by designing semi-experiment mechanisms in the system. 

Given the time needed to trace the effects, the project may last 3-5 years long. This would be another Center level project of CHLR.
