Plenary Session Program for the 15th International Symposium on Human Capital and Labor Markets
China Center for Human Capital and Labor Market Research (CHLR) will hold the 15th International Symposium on Human Capital and Labor Markets at 8:00 on December 9, 2023 (Beijing time). It will mark the release of the 15th annual China Human Capital Report. University of Western Ontario Economics Professor and Editor at the Journal of Political Economy Professor Lance Lochner will deliver the keynote speech. Professor Jong-Wha Lee, Eminent Professor at Korea University, will be the specially-invited discussant for this year’s human capital report.
