The 5th International Symposium on Human Capital and the Labor Market -- Celebrating Release of the China Human Capital Report 2013 will be held on Dec. 15th, 2013. We are very pleasant to have Prof. Mark R. Rosenzweig from Yale University and Zhenghua Jiang, former Vice Chairman of the Standing Committee of the 9th and 10th National People's Congress as our keynote speakers.

The conference will have one plenary session releasing China Human Capital Report 2013 and 10 parallel sessions discussing 42 papers.
