As 
one of the participants entering into the joint collaboration program, launched 
by Beijing Municipal Government, the CHLR officially signed the joint 
collaboration agreement on March 20th.
This joint collaboration program 
mainly aims to build up a platform to fulfill resources sharing and the 
integration of complementary advantages between Beijing Government and academic 
institutes so as to offer policy guidance on human resources development in 
Beijing.
With joining into this program, the CHLR will play a certain 
role on the study of Beijing human resources management, which would help the 
CHLR diversify the way within the current research focus, and also achieve the 
further elevation on social status.
